This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how N-Trans Europe s.r.o., registered and operating at Staviteľská 7, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovakia (“we”, “our company”, “N-Trans Europe”), collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of visitors and users of the website n-trans-europe.com (“Website”).
By using the Website and submitting the forms on it, you agree to the terms of this Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Depending on which form you use on the Website (“Get in touch”, the cost calculator for transportation/customs clearance, or the “Call back” form), we may collect:
- first and last name;
- phone number;

- cargo name, loading/unloading points, weight, delivery terms (Incoterms);
- customs regime information, product name, number of invoice items;
- the text of your question or comment;
- files uploaded via the form;
- technical data about Website usage (IP address, browser type, cookies).
We do not collect special categories of personal data.

- data from inquiries that did not result in cooperation — up to 12 months from the last contact;
- data of contractual clients — for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention period for documentation (typically up to 10 years);

- partner carriers, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses;
- our affiliated company LTD “N-Trans” (Ukraine) within the group of companies;
- IT and hosting service providers;

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Any transfer of data outside the EEA (e.g. to Ukraine) is carried out with an adequate level of protection in accordance with GDPR.
